Event security and visitor flow

Event security requirements vary with gate count, audience arrival times and the layout of the venue. Al-Khairy defines posts, coordination duties and communication with the organizer before operations begin, so each team member understands their location, responsibilities and supervisor contact.

The scope may include entry monitoring, visitor directions, queue organization and keeping service routes available. Arrival and departure are assessed as separate phases, with attention to venue instructions and the emergency plan approved by the organizer.

To assess a request, we need the city, event dates, daily working hours, venue plan and gates in use. Staffing and equipment depend on this scope, and the team layout is recorded in an agreed operating plan.
